Dave Chales is a Juno Award Winning Radio Journeyman whose career began in the mid-60’s with a key role with the creation and in the launching of Q-107 Toronto. As co-founder of Joint Communications Corporation, Dave consulted to the who’s who in broadcasting in three continents for over 35 years. Dave founded MRi in 2004 and has serving companies such as MLSE, Corus, Austereo, Astro Radio Networks, FPR (First Peoples Radio) and Xtra Insight Australia. Dave has done it all and was responsible for shaping radio programming in Canada and continues to innovate with creative format  and content development. Content is king in the multi-platform media world that MRi is uniquely qualified to innovate in.
